植物吸收养分动力学研究中的几个问题

SEVERAL CONSIDERATIONS IN KINETIC RESEARCH ON NUTRIENTS UPTAKE BY PLANTS

  • 摘要: 利用离子耗竭法测定植物营养吸收动力学参数主要应考虑以下几个影响因素:1)参数的求算:2)营养液的初始浓度;3)饥饿处理程度;4)溶液中pH变化;5)生物量与吸收液体积比例;6)最大吸收速率的单位和7)有关参数的应用等。.本文详细讨论上述影响因素并提出一些新观点。

     

    Abstract: When ion depletion technique is used to determine kinetic parameter in nutrients uptake by plants, limitations and errons may occur from: 1) calculation of the parameters, 2) Initial concentration of studied nutrients in solution, 3) degree of starvation of plants in precultur of plants, 4) solution pH change during nutrients uptake, 5) ratio of culture solution volume to plant weight, 6) the unit of the Imax, 7) the interpretation and application of the parameters. Problems and possible solutions associated with these limitations were discussed in details.
