苹果幼果组织钙运输途径与激素调控

Study on pathways of Ca2+ movement in young fruit tissue of apple and its regulation by hormones

  • 摘要: 采用45Ca示踪 ,45Ca显微放射自显影和X 射线能谱分析技术 ,探索苹果幼果组织钙运输途径及激素对该途径的调控方式。结果表明 ,表皮层并未完全阻碍Ca2+由质外体进入果肉组织 ,Ca2+可通过质外体和共质体两种途径在幼果组织中运输 ,以质外体途径为主 ;IAA、GA和NAA虽对幼果组织Ca2+的运输均有明显的促进作用 ,但机理不同。GA主要促进Ca2+由质外体途径进入幼果组织 ,而IAA和NAA主要促进幼果中Ca2+的共质体途径运输。

     

    Abstract: Pathways of Ca2+ movement in young fruit tissue of apple and its regulation by hormones were probed by using 45Ca tracer technology, 45Ca micro autoradiography and X ray microanalysis etc. The results showed that Ca2+ entering into fruit pulp tissue in apoplasmic pathway was not completely prevented by the epidermis of fruit, and Ca2+ moved from fruit surface into pulp tissue in both apoplasmic and symplasmic pathways,mainly via apoplasmic. Ca2+ radial transport in fruit tissue could be accelerated by IAA,GA and NAA. It seemed that Ca2+ movement in symplasmic pathway were mainly promoted by IAA and NAA, while that in apoplasmic pathway by GA.
