有机基质栽培黄瓜化肥施用技术的研究

Techniques of application of chemical fertilizer for cucumber cultivated in organic substrate under solar greenhouse

  • 摘要: 试验以新泰密刺黄瓜为试材,以蛭石∶鸡粪=2∶1为基质配方,研究了有机基质栽培结合追施化肥对黄瓜生长、生理特性、产量和品质的影响。结果表明,化肥施用量较多的两个处理的黄瓜株高、叶片数和单株叶面积较高,结瓜习性也较好,叶片光合速率也较高,黄瓜Vc、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖含量和产量也均显著高于其它处理。但果实硝酸盐含量随化肥施用量的增加而增加。

     

    Abstract: An experiment in solar greenhouse was conducted to study the effects of different chemical fertilizer rates on physiological characteristics and yield of cucmber growing in organic substrate, and the control was planted in soil. The cultivar of cucmber was Xintaimici and the component of organic substrate was vermiculite and chicken muck and the ratio was 2∶1. The results showed that the cucumber cultivated in organic substrate was better than that in soil. The treatment with high rate of chemical fertilizer cucumber was well growth, the yield of cucumber fruits and the leaf photosynthetic rate and contents of vitamin C, soluble protein and soluble sugar in cucmber fruits were higher than that in the low rate treatment under the organic substrate culture condition. However, nitrate content in the cucumber fruits increased with the rate of chemical fertilizer increased.
