施氮量对不同品质类型小麦产量、品质和旗叶光合作用的调节效应

Regulative effect of nitrogen fertilization on grain yield,quality and photosynthesis of flag leaves in different wheat varieties

  • 摘要: 采取田间试验,研究了施氮量对强筋小麦临优145和中筋小麦临优2018产量、品质、灌浆进程及旗叶光合作用的影响。结果表明,施氮使成穗数、穗粒数和结实小穗增加,千粒重降低,产量提高,以成穗数对产量贡献最大;施氮使平均灌浆速率降低,灌浆持续时间延长,灌浆后期灌浆速率下降相对较慢;旗叶叶绿素相对含量和净光合速率提高。临优145施氮量225.kg/hm2和临优2018施氮量150.kg/hm2时,2个品种的营养品质和加工品质均得到改善,蛋白质各组分均有所提高,达到产量与品质的协调。综合考虑施氮对2个不同品质类型小麦产量和品质的影响,施氮量对成穗数、穗粒数和产量影响作用大,千粒重和品质主要决定于品种遗传特性。

     

    Abstract: A field experiment was carried out to study the response of grain yield,quality characteristic,filling characteristic photosynthesis of flag leaves in 2 high quality wheat varieties to different N application levels.This experiment was designed using a split-plot design.5 levels of nitrogen fertilizers were the main plots and 2 varieties were the subplots.The applied amounts of nitrogen fertilizer were 0,75,150,225 and 300 kg/ha,respectively;and the varieties were strong gluten variety Linyou 145 and middle gluten variety Linyou 2018. The results showed that spike numbers,kernels per spike,filled-grain spike and yield of wheat were increased,but 1000-kernel weight were decreased by N fertilization.Spike numbers made the largest contribution to yield.N fertilization decreased average grain filling rate,prolonged filling period,improved chlorophyll and net photosynthesis rate of flag leaves.Chlorophyll and net photosynthesis rate of flag leaves had significantly positive correlation to yield and grain weight per spike,and negative correlation to 1000-kerenel weight.N fertilization improved nutritive quality and processing quality of winter wheat and increased all protein constituents.Base on effects of N fertilization on yield and quality of these two wheat cultivars,we could conclude that nitrogen fertilization pronouncedly affected grains per spike,productive spikes and yield,and inherited characteristics were the determinate factors on 1000knerel weight and winter wheat quality.
