不同棉花品种钾素吸收利用差异的比较

Comparison of potassium absorption and utilization for different cotton varieties

  • 摘要: 采用砂培方式,对苗期筛选出的钾高效的新陆早6号、新陆中15号、新海16号,钾低效的石K7、新陆早10号等5个棉花品种进行了钾吸收与利用效率差异比较。结果表明,在不施钾和施钾条件下,钾高效与钾低效棉花品种在各时期的含钾量、钾积累量和地上部分干物重存在显著差异性。其中,以不施钾条件下钾高效品种新陆中15号表现最为突出,其整个培育期的含钾量、钾积累量和地上部分干物重分别是钾低效品种石K7的1.17、1.47和1.25倍。不同棉花品种钾利用指数也存在差异,以施钾条件下差异明显;生长80、120和140 d,钾高效品种新路中15号钾利用指数分别是钾低效品种石K7的1.40、1.31和1.34倍。

     

    Abstract: Potassium absorption and utilization for different cotton varieties were studied based on the screening experiment of seedling stage. The varieties are potassium-efficiency genotypes, Xinluzao 6, Xinluzhong 15, and Xinhai16, and potassium-inefficiency genotypes, Xinluzao 10 and Shik 7. The results show that there are significant differences between potassium content, potassium accumulation and biomass yield of the different cotton genotypes under the two potassium conditions. The Xinluzhong 15 is the best genotype in potassium content, potassium accumulation and biomass yield without potassium application. The qualities of potassium content, potassium accumulation and biomass yield are 1.17 times,1.47 times and 1.25 times of those of Shik 7. Values of the potassium utilization index are different in different cotton genotypes especially under the condition of potassium application. The potassium utilization index of Xinluzhong 15 under the condition of potassium application is 1.40 times, 1.31 times and 1.34 times of that of Shik 7 in 80d 120d and 140d.
