DD-PCR技术在植物抗土壤逆境遗传研究中的应用

APPLICATION OF DIFFERENTIAL DISPLAY PCR IN IDENTIFYING GENES FOR PLANT TOLERANCE FOR SOIL STRESSES

  • 摘要: 差示PCR(DD-PCR)技术是分离特异表达目的基因的重要手段,在环境逆境诱导表达基因的分离、克隆研究中已有报道。随着DD-PCR技术的不断改进,它将在植物抗土壤逆境胁迫诱导表达基因的背景研究中显示出广泛的应用前景。文章介绍了差示PCR的方法原理与技术改进及其在分离土壤植物营养胁迫诱导表达基因方面的初步应用。

     

    Abstract: DD-PCR has shown it as a useful technique in detecting and isolating environmental stress-induced genes in plants. With improvement of the technique, it will find its wide application in detecting soil stress-induced genes in higher plants. The present paper describes the principle of the technique and the improvement of the technique recently achieved, and the reports on the application of the technique in identifying genes plant tolerance for soil stresses.
