NaCl胁迫对甘薯叶片水分代谢、光合速率、ABA含量的影响

Effects of NaCl stress on water metabolism, photosynthetic rate and intraneous ABA in leaves of sweet potato

  • 摘要: 以耐盐品种徐薯 1 8、中等耐盐品种栗子香和不耐盐品种胜利百号为材料 ,用 1/2Hoagland营养液配制浓度为 0、85、170、255、340mmolL-1 的NaCl溶液分别胁迫 6d后进行指标分析。试验结果表明 ,随着NaCl胁迫浓度的提高 ,甘薯叶片水势 (w)、相对含水量 (RWC)逐渐下降 ,光合速率 (Pn)、蒸腾速率 (Tr)、水分利用率 (WUE)、气孔导度 (Gs)、气孔开度也明显下降 ;低浓度NaCl胁迫下胞间CO2 浓度 (Ci)下降 ,随着NaCl胁迫浓度的提高 ,Ci逐渐上升 ;脱落酸 (ABA)含量则随NaCl胁迫浓度的提高而上升。NaCl胁迫下上述指标在不同耐盐品种间存在明显差异 ,而且NaCl胁迫浓度与RWC、w、Pn、Tr、Gs呈极显著的负相关。在NaCl浓度为 85mmolL-1 以上时 ,NaCl浓度与Ci、ABA含量呈极显著的正相关 ;RWC、w与ABA间呈极显著负相关 ,与Pn、Tr、Gs之间呈极显著的正相关 ;ABA含量与Pn、Tr、Gs之间呈极显著的负相关。

     

    Abstract: The physiological indices of leaves of three sweet potato cultivars: salt tolerant Xushu 18, salt mid tolerant Lizixiang and salt sensitive Shengli Baihao, under the 0,85,170,255 or 340mmol/L NaCl solution stress for 6d , were analysed The results showed that with the increase of NaCl concentration, the water potential(w)and relative water content (RWC)of sweet potato leaves gradually decreased, and photosynthetic rate(Pn), transpiration rate(Tr), efficiency of water application(WUE), stomatal conductance(Gs)and stomatal aperture also markedly declined Intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci) decreased under the low NaCl concentration stress, and with the increase of NaCl concentration , Ci gradually rised , and endogenous ABA content also increased Under salt stress, above physiological indices varied in different cultivars It means that NaCl concentration was extremely negatively correlated with RWC,w, Pn, Tr and Gs Under the of NaCl solutions stress, the NaCl concentration was positively correlated with Ci and extremely positively correlated with endogenous ABA contents, while ABA, RWC and w were extremely negatively correlated with endogenous ABA, but extremely positively correlated with Pn, Tr and Gs Endogenous ABA was extremely negatively correlated with Pn, Tr and Gs
