有机物料对平邑甜茶实生苗根系呼吸强度的影响

Effect of organic materials on respiration intensity of annual Malus. hupehensis Rehd. root system

  • 摘要: 研究了几种有机物料对一年生平邑甜茶实生苗吸收根、生长根、褐色木质根呼吸强度的影响。结果表明,不同有机物料对三类根呼吸强度提高的程度不同,夏季为鸡粪>羊粪>花生秧处理;秋季羊粪>鸡粪>花生秧处理。整株根系呼吸强度,夏季鸡粪、羊粪和花生秧处理分别比对照提高56%、31%和25%;秋季羊粪比鸡粪处理高19%。吸收根、生长根和褐色木质根呼吸强度差异显著,夏季吸收根呼吸强度是褐色木质根的2~3倍、秋季为2~2.4倍;生长根呼吸强度是褐色木质根的1.5~1.9倍、秋季为1.3~1.7倍。白色根(吸收根与生长根之和)与褐色木质根各自的总呼吸量占整株根系呼吸量比例随季节变化而不同,夏季白色根所占比例超过50%,秋季褐色木质根呼吸量所占比例达68%~80%,在整株根系呼吸量中占主导地位。

     

    Abstract: The effect of different organic materials on respiration intensity of the M. hupehensis Rehd. root system (absorbing root,growing root and brown root) was studied. The results showed that: In summer,the respiration intensity of root with chicken manure treatment was higher than sheep manure and the lowest was peanut vine treatment,on the contrary, the sheep manure treatment were higher than chicken manure in autumn.The respiration intensity of whole root system of the chicken manure,sheep manure and peanut vine increased by 56%,31% and 25 % compared with CK in summer, respectively; and sheep manure was higher than chicken manure by 19 % in autumn. The respiration intensity of absorbing root,growing root and brown root was significantly different. The absorbing root and growing root were 2 to 3 and 1.5 to 1.9 times that of brown root in summer, and 2 to 2.4 and 1.3 to 1.7 times in autumn, respectively. The ratios of respective respiration amount of white roots and brown roots in the whole root system vary with the changes of seasons. The respiration of white roots exceeded 50% of the total in summer, while the brown roots occupied 68% to 80% of total root system in autumn.
