沸石对NaCl胁迫下番茄幼苗酶活性、渗透调节物质及离子含量的影响

Effects of zeolite on enzyme activity, osmotic adjustment substances and ions of tomato seedlings under NaCl stress

  • 摘要: 试验研究了沸石对NaCl胁迫下番茄幼苗的保护酶活性、渗透调节物质及离子的含量的影响。结果表明,在相同浓度的NaCl溶液下,随沸石量的增加,幼苗的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性和可溶性蛋白质(Pr)含量增加;叶片中渗透调节物质脯氨酸(Pro)含量减少,可溶性糖含量增加。根茎叶中K含量,叶中Ca含量,呈增加趋势;根茎中Ca、Mg及叶中Mg含量下降;Na在根、茎、叶中的含量明显下降。上述结果表明,沸石可以在一定程度上缓解NaCl胁迫对番茄幼苗造成的伤害。

     

    Abstract: This experiment was conducted to study the effects of zeolite on enzyme activity, osmotic adjustment substances and ions of tomato seedlings under NaCl stress. Results indicated that addition of zeolite increased SOD、CAT activity and Pr contents, decreased Pro content in leaves, but increased soluble sugar content in leaves, K content in roots, stems and leaves, and Ca content in leaves. Zeolite addition decreased Ca content in roots and stems, Mg and Na contents in roots, stems and leaves. All the indices indicated that the application of zeolite can reduce the NaCl stess on tomato seedlings at the stated concentration.
