油菜缺硼花而不实原因的探讨

STUDY ON REASON OF FLORAL STERILITY OF RAPE UNDER BORON DEFICIENT CONDITION

  • 摘要: 油菜花而不实的机理性原因,系由于缺硼导致油菜生殖器官形态结构变异、授粉行为障碍、无机元素失衡和生化代谢紊乱等综合作用的结果。花药内壁纤维层受损坏和子房少硼是其中的关键性因素。

     

    Abstract: Reason of floral sterility of rape under boron deficient condition was explored. Result showed boron deficiency caused the unnormal morphological change of reproductive organ, especially the disorderly tissue structure of fiber layer of anther which induced the difficulty of pollen distribution. The unnormal development of ovary, pollen tube and style makes the obstacle in pollination. In addition, the imbalanced supply of inorganic nutrients and the disorder of biochemical metabolism were also influenced seed formation.
