磷、钾营养平衡对青菜解剖结构的影响

EFFECT OF BALANCED NUTRITION OF PHOSPHORUS AND POTASSIUM ON ANATOMICAL STRUCTURE OF CABBAGE (BRASSICA CHINENSIS L.)

  • 摘要: 应用光学显微镜和扫描电镜观察比较了无土栽培条件下,不同磷、钾浓度处理的青菜的根、茎、叶的解剖结构。结果表明,不同浓度磷、钾对青菜叶表面上的角质膜发育,叶肉细胞内叶绿体含量,同化物的累积,维管束的发育、根毛量,气孔开张度等均有不同程度的影响。在磷、钾营养平衡条件下,分化细胞朝着有利于发育的正常方向发展,贮藏物多且植株生长量大。当磷、钾营养不平衡时,分化细胞的发育受阻,贮藏物少,生长量下降;随着不平衡程度的加大,发育障碍严重,植株生长量下降明显。

     

    Abstract: A Comparative anatomical structure observation on Brassica chinensis L. plants under solution culture with various phosphorus and potassium concentration were made by optical microscope and SEM. The results showed that the effects on the plants under different phosphorus and potassium levels appeared in the development of cuticle, the number of chloroplast in mesaphyll cell, the activity of vascular cambium cell and the amount of root hairs etc. In addition, the effect of low-K to the open of stomata was found. Phosphorus and potassium under the balanced nutrition make cells differentiation well and yield great or else unfavourable.
