钾素对烤烟成熟生理变化及成熟度影响的研究

STUDY ON THE EFFECT OF K NUTRITION ON PHYSIO LOGICAL CHANGE AND MATURITY OF FLUE?CURED TOBACCO IN THE COURSE OF MATURE

  • 摘要: 采用盆栽试验方法研究了不同钾营养水平下,烤烟烟叶成熟过程中的生理生化变化,并探讨了在不同成熟期的干物质积累状况。结果表明,钾营养水平对烟叶的成熟过程影响特别显著。表现为增施钾肥能促进烟叶成熟,延迟衰老;提高干物质含量,促进烟叶内有机物的转化;糖/ 烟碱比值适中;降低下部叶片假熟比例,促进上部叶片的充分成熟,从而提高了采收叶片的质量。

     

    Abstract: Pot experiment was carried out to study physiological change and matter accumulation of flue cured tobacco leaf in the course of mature with different K nutrition levels. The results showed that application of K fertilizer could be promoted maturity, prolonged the aging, increased the accumulation of dry matter and improved some physiological and biochemistry properties. The physiological index such as relative electric conductivity, POD activity and free proline were increased with the increasing K rates. The results also indicated that application of K fertilizer, the transformation of organic substance in tobacco leaf was fully and potassium contents in leaves enhanced, and the sugar/nicotine ratio was in a moderate degree. Therefore, application of K with a suitable rate for improving the qualities of tobacco leaf is importance.
