菠菜不同品种累积硝酸盐能力的差异及其原因

THE NITRATE CONTENT DIFFERENCE AND THE REASON AMONG FOUR SPINACH VARIETIES

  • 摘要: 采用盆栽试验研究了 4个菠菜品种硝酸盐含量的差异及其原因。结果表明 ,4个菠菜品种地上部及根系生物量无显著差异 ,但在施用氮肥条件下 ,菠菜不同品种地上部硝酸盐含量差异很大 ,这种差异是由于不同品种硝酸还原酶活性的差异所造成的 ;菠菜地上部硝酸盐含量与硝酸还原酶活性呈显著的负相关。

     

    Abstract: The nitrate content difference among four spinach varieties under three nitrogen levels was studied in a pot experiment. The results showed that, there wasn't remarkable difference of shoot and root biomass among four varieties, and a large difference of nitrate content among four varieties with N supply. The nitrate content of Daye and Jianye was 2500~3000 mg/kg FW, always higher than that of Bozha 15 and Lufeng (near 2000 mg/kg, FW). Bozha 15 and Lufeng had a higher NRase activity than Daye and Jianye when N was supplied. It was the main reason of nitrate content difference among four varieties. There was a significant negative line correlation between nitrate content and NRase activity with N treatments. It shows that selecting and breeding some good varieties to reduce nitrate content is practicable.
