钙素对栽培牡丹花衰老的影响

Effect of calcium on senescence of cultivated tree peony

  • 摘要: 研究不同Ca浓度下牡丹花衰老过程中的生理生化变化。结果表明,随Ca浓度的增大,总花期可延长1~2d,但高Ca却降低了成花率;施Ca可明显延缓可溶性蛋白质降解,降低MDA、O2-含量以及乙烯释放速率,提高SOD酶活性和叶片光合作用,维持膜结构的稳定性,从而延缓牡丹花瓣衰老。

     

    Abstract: The physiological and biochemical changes during the senescence of tree peony flowers were studied with different Ca2+ contents The results showed that,with the increase of Ca2+ content, total blossom period could be prolonged by 1~2 days, nevertheless, high Ca2+ content declined the blossom rate Application of Ca2+,some physiological and biochemical indexes such as MDA content,O2- production rate and ethylene release rate diminished and the soluble protein content, SOD activity and photosynthesis increased Those changes obviously maintained the structure and integrity of membrane, and then alleviated the process of senescence of tree peony flowers
