干旱胁迫下氮用量对烤烟养分积累与分配及烟叶产量和品质的影响

Effects of nitrogen rates on accumulation and distribution of nutrients and the yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco under drought stress

  • 摘要: 采用盆栽试验研究了干旱胁迫下氮用量对烤烟(Nicotiana.Tabacum.L.)养分的积累与分配及烟叶产量和品质的影响。结果表明,在干旱胁迫下随氮用量增加,烟株体内N、P、K、Mn含量显著增加,Ca、Mg、Fe含量明显减少,烟株对各种养分的积累量都显著增大。氮用量还影响烟株体内养分的分配,随施氮量增大,伸根期干旱烟株体内大多数养分在根和茎中的分配比例增加,在叶中的分配比例减少;旺长期和成熟期干旱时则相反。在干旱条件下增加氮用量可以提高烟叶产量和总氮、烟碱含量,降低烟叶还原糖含量。

     

    Abstract: The effects of nitrogen rates on accumulation and distribution of nutrients and yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum L.) under drought stress were studied by pot experiment. The results showed that with the increasing of nitrogen, the content of N, P, K, Mn in tobacco plant increased significantly, and the content of Ca, Mg, Fe decreased obviously. The accumulation of nutrients in the plant increased markedly under drought stress conditions. It was also found that the distribution ratio of most of the nutrients in root and stalk was higher than that in leaf when drought occurred at root spreading stage, the opposite result was observed at vigorous growing and mature stage. With the increasing rate of nitrogen, the yield and content of total nitrogen and nicotine in cured leaf increased, but the content of reducing sugar decreased under drought stress.
