有机肥对自毒物质胁迫下黄瓜幼苗光合作用的影响

Effects of organic fertilizer on photosynthesis of the cucumber under autotoxicity stress

  • 摘要: 采用砂培试验研究了有机肥对外源自毒物质苯丙烯酸(CA)、对羟基苯甲酸(HA)胁迫下黄瓜光合作用的影响。结果表明,CA、HA胁迫导致黄瓜幼苗叶绿体亚显微结构发生明显的改变:被膜溶解,基粒垛、基质片层减少;Chl.a、Chl.b、Chl(a+b)和Car含量降低,光合速率下降,H2O2含量提高。施用有机肥可显著或极显著提高CA、HA胁迫下黄瓜的光合色素含量和光合速率,降低叶片H2O2含量,促进黄瓜的生长。

     

    Abstract: Continuous cropping obstacles could seriously decrease cucumber(Cucumis sativus L.) yield and quality.Autotoxicity was one of the most important factors of cucumber continuous cropping obstacles.Up to date,reports about the mechanism of organic fertilizer increasing the ability of resistance to autotoxicity were limited.In this paper,sand culture experiment was carried out to study the effect of cinnamic acid(CA),p-hydroxybenzoic acid(HA) stress on photosynthesis of cucumber seedlings.The results showed that chloroplast ultrastructure of cucumber suffering from CA or HA stress was distinguished by membrane melting and decreasing grana lamellae.CA or HA stress led to the decline in the contents of chlorophyll and carotenoid,the rate of photosynthesis.On the other hand,the content of H2O2 was increased by CA or HA stress.Adding organic fertilizer could significantly decrease H2O2 content,whereas increase the contents of chlorophyll and carotenoid,the rate of photosynthesis as well as cucumber growth under HA or CA stress.
