生物复混肥对土壤微生物的影响研究

Effects of bio-compound fertilizer on soil microorganism

  • 摘要: 在温室盆栽玉米条件下,应用平板计数法、氯仿熏蒸浸提法和Biolog微平板法,进行施用菌剂、生物复混肥、有机无机复混肥和无机肥对土壤微生物的影响试验。结果表明,施用生物复混肥可显著提高土壤中细菌、真菌和放线菌数量,增加土壤微生物量碳、氮的含量;增强土壤微生物利用单一碳源的能力、提高土壤微生物群落的功能多样性;促进土壤微生物生态系统的稳定,改善土壤微生物群落的生态功能。

     

    Abstract: The effects of bio-compound fertilizer on soil microorganism were assessed using plate count method, CHCl3 fumigation-extraction method and Biolog micro-plate technique on potted corn plants in greenhouses. Results showed that bio-compound fertilizer treatment increased the number of bacteria, fungi and antinomies in soil. The fertilizer treatment also increased the amount of C and N in soil microbial biomass, and the capacity to utilize single carbon substrate, it also increased biodiversity and evenness of soil microbial community. Therefore, the bio-compound fertilizer treatment was beneficial to the diversity and function of soil microbial community; it also promoted the stability of soil ecological system and improved ecological functions of soil microbial community.
