ICP-AES法测定水溶肥料中硼含量的不确定度分析

  • 摘要: 对ICP-AES测定水溶肥料中硼的分析方法的测量不确定度进行了分析;建立了测定过程中各分量的数学模型,并识别了测量过程中不确定度来源;估算了各不确定度分量对总不确定度的影响,确定了测量结果的置信区间;给出了水溶肥料中硼的含量及其不确定度:w (B)=(0.553±0.042)%(k=2)。

     

    Abstract: Analysis of uncertainty in determination of boron content in soluble fertilizer by ICP-AES was introduced. A mathematical model to evaluate the uncertainty in measurement was constructed based on a comprehensive understanding of the whole procedure of the determination. The sources of uncertainty and their effects on the total uncertainty were also analyzed,the measurement result of boron content in soluble fertilizer was given as w (B)=(0.553±0.042)%(k=2)。
