氮素形态对川芎生长、产量与阿魏酸和总生物碱含量的影响

Effect of nitrogen forms on the growth, yield, content of ferulic acid and total alkaloids of Ligusticum chuanxiong

  • 摘要: 采用田间试验研究了硝态氮、铵态氮、酰胺态及不同硝态氮与铵态氮配比对川芎生长发育和产量与品质的影响。结果表明,硝态氮、铵态氮、酰胺态及硝态氮与铵态氮配施均可在一定程度上促进川芎的生长,延长其根长,茎蘖数增加,干物质积累增加,从而显著提高川芎的产量以及阿魏酸和生物碱含量。在硝态氮、铵态氮和酰胺态氮单独施用时,以尿素的增产增收和改善品质的效果最好,硝态氮最差; 硝态氮与铵态氮配施可增强其肥效,延长其肥效持续期。高产高效的最佳施肥方式是50%的硝酸钙与50%的碳酸铵配施; 优质高产的最佳施肥方式是75%的硝酸钙与25%的碳酸铵配施。

     

    Abstract: A field experiments was conducted to study the effects of CONH4-N (urea), NH4-N (NH4CO3),NO-3-N [Ca(NO3)2] and different mixed ratio of NH4-N and NO-3-N on the growth, yield and content of ferulic acid and total alkaloids of Ligusticum chuanxiong. The results showed that the growth of Ligusticum chuanxiong was promoted to some extent, the length of the longest root of Ligusticum chuanxiong was elongated, the numbers of tillers per hole were enlarged, and the height of plant, area of leaves, chlorophyll content and dry matter weight per plant were increased under all treatments. Consequently, the yield, content of ferulic acid and total alkaloids were increased. Comparing the effects of solo application of CONH4-N(urea), NH4-N (NH4CO3) and NO-3-N [Ca(NO3)2], the effects of CONH4-N(urea) on yield and quality of Ligusticum chuanxiong were the best. Mixing application of NH4-N (NH4CO3) and NO-3-N [Ca(NO3)2] could increase yield and elongate the effect duration. Based on our results, the best formula was 50% NO-3-N [Ca(NO3)2] and 50% NH4-N (NH4CO3) for the purpose of high yield and benefit, and 75% NO-3-N [Ca(NO3)2] and 25% NH4-N (NH4CO3) for the purpose of the high yield and good quality.
