发酵时间对有机物料发酵流体成分含量变化及对连作苹果生物量的影响

Effects of fermentation time on contents of organic matter fermentation fluid ingredients and apple biomass

  • 摘要: 为探明不同季节不同发酵时间有机物料发酵流体成分含量变化及其对连作苹果生物量的影响,本研究选择富士/八棱海棠二年生嫁接苗为试材,设置季节(春、 夏、 秋)和发酵时间(30 d、 45 d、 60 d)两个因素,共9个处理,盆栽条件下对发酵流体成分含量与连作苹果幼树生长间的关联进行了研究。结果表明,有机物料发酵流体可以减轻苹果连作障碍,与对照相比,施入春、 夏、 秋分别发酵60 d、 45 d、 45 d的发酵流体的植株干重分别增加了22.42%、 22.82%和19.63%。从总体上看,测定范围内夏、 秋季处理发酵流体相关成分平均含量大于春季处理,同时随着发酵时间的延长发酵流体相关成分含量有增大的趋势。其中春季发酵60 d、 夏季和秋季发酵45 d发酵流体相关成分含量最高,且对促进连作苹果幼树株高、 地茎、 鲜重及干重增加的影响最大。在发酵流体相关成分中与苹果幼树生长相关性最大的为细胞分裂素(6BA)、 维生素B12(VB12)、 苹果酸、 氨基酸和乙酸,与植株干重的相关系数分别为0.65、 0.81、 0.53、 0.51和-0.5。

     

    Abstract: To clarify the fermentation time on the changes of the fermentation fluid ingredients in different seasons and the growth of replant apple plants, the relationship between the fermentation fluid ingredient contents and the replant apple growth was studied with condition of 3 levels fermentation seasons (spring, summer and autumn) and 3 levels fermentation time (30 d, 45 d and 60 d). The Fuji/Malus robusta biennial grafted seedlings were selected as the tested material. The results show that the fermentation fluid could alleviate the effect of replant obstacle on apple trees. Compared with the CK, the plant dry weights in the treatments of 60 d in spring, 45 d in summer, 45 d in autumn are increased 2242%, 2282% and 1963% respectively. On the whole, the fermentation fluid ingredient contents of the summer and autumn treatments are higher than those of the spring treatments. The fermentation fluid ingredient contents are increased with the increase of the fermentation time. The treatments with most obvious changes of the fermentation fluid ingredient contents and great impact on replant apple biomass are 60 d, 45 d and 45 d in spring, summer and autumn respectively. The ingredients with the maximum correlations with the growth of apple trees are cytokinin(6BA), vitamin(VB12), Malic acid, amino acid and acetic, and the correlation coefficients with plant dry weight are 0.65, 0.81, 0.53, 0.51 and -0.50 respectively.
