红外光谱在油菜籽快速无损检测中的应用

Advances in the application of infrared spectroscopy in the rapid and non-destructive characterization of rapeseeds

  • 摘要: 近年来红外光谱技术的应用得到迅速发展,本文简要地介绍了主要红外光谱技术及相应化学计量学方法,概述了近二十年来红外光谱技术在油菜籽营养品质测定方面的主要研究进展,分析了过去研究中存在的问题并指出了未来的研究方向。

     

    Abstract: Infrared spectroscopy technology is a type of rapid and nondestructive detection technique of agricultural products, and has been widely involved in quality determination of rapeseeds. The paper reviewed the key application of infrared spectroscopy in the determination of nutritional qualities of rapeseeds. Further, the limitations of past researches and future study prospect had been discussed.
