植物营养分子遗传研究进展

CURRENT STAGE OF PLANT NUTRITION MOLECULAR GENETICS

  • 摘要: 过去10年间,在植物矿质养分吸收利用与养分胁迫诱导调节机理分于生物学方面的研究进展使我们对植物营养分子遗传背景有了新的了解。本文对有关养分转运子基因克隆,养分胁迫诱导调节机理,应用分子标记技术研究养分吸收利用遗传背景等方而的研究进展及方法作一介绍。

     

    Abstract: In the past decade, techniques for understanding molecular mechanisms of nutrient-stress induced expression and for identifying and cloning genes underlying plant nutrition uptake and use efficiency provide the means for increasing understanding the molecular genetic background about plant nutrition. An attempt is made to discuss the current stage about strategies used to identify the genes tor nutrient transporters, regulatory mechanisms induced by nutrient-stress and molecular murker techniques used in plant nutrition molecular genetics.
