水稻氮肥效应的分段线性估计与聚类分析

SECTIONAL ESTIMATION AND CLUSTER ANALYSIS FOR LINEAR EFFECTS OF RICE TO NITROGEN FERTILIZER

  • 摘要: 根据三因子组合设计肥效试验方案的特点,提出了因子效应的分段线性估计方法。对浙江省21个水稻氮磷钾肥用量田间试验的氮肥效应分段线性估计值进行系统聚类;利用聚类图,从距离最大的两组样品(试点)开始,逐级对分类变量进行组间平均数差异显著性检验,当各分类变量在组间差异不显著时,就将两组试点归为同一类。结果将21个试验的氮肥效应估值分为3类。

     

    Abstract: The method of sectional linear regression to estimate the effects in the experiment of three factors' combinatory design was introduced. The estimated linear effects of nitrogen fertilizer in 21 rice fertilizer experiments located in different regions of Zhejiang Province were divided into 3 types by the means of systematic cluster analysis and the significant test between two nearby groups.
