不同白菜品种对锌的响应及锌利用效率研究

Response and zinc use efficiency of Chinese cabbage under zinc fertilization

  • 摘要: 采用盆栽试验研究了白菜[Brassica campestris L. ssp. Chinensis(L.) Makino]4个品种对不同浓度锌 (Zn 0、1、10 mg/kg)的响应。结果表明,白菜的生物量及体内锌含量随锌水平的增加而增加; 但白菜品种对锌营养反应的敏感性不同。地上部锌含量、锌积累量和锌吸收效率均以日本华冠(Japan huaguan, JHG)夏王(Xiawang, XW)五月慢(Wuyueman, WYM)特选黑叶(Texuanheiye, TXHY); 锌利用率则以日本华冠夏王五月慢特选黑叶,且锌营养水平之间和品种之间差异均达到显著水平。日本华冠的地上部和根系生物量,叶片超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性,根系活力及可溶性蛋白含量明显高于其他3个品种,而膜脂过氧化作用的程度[丙二醛含量 (MDA)]低于其他3个品种,为耐低锌且富锌的白菜品种。

     

    Abstract: Pot experiment was conducted to study the response and zinc (Zn) use efficiency in different cultivars of Chinese cabbage[Brassica campestris L. ssp. Chinensis (L.) Makino](Japan huaguan, JHG; Xiawang, XW; Wuyueman, WYM and Texuanheiye, TXHY) to Zn levels (0, 1 and 10 mg/kg). The results show that biomass and Zn concentrations of the four cultivars are increased with the increase of Zn levels. Sensitivities of the four cultivars to Zn nutrition are significantly different. Shoot Zn concentration, Zn accumulation and Zn uptake efficiency are in order of JHGXWWYMTXHY, while Zn use efficiency is in order of JHG
