THE SCIENTIFIC VALUE OF LONG-TERM SOIL FERTILITY EXPERIMENT

  • A long-term soil fertility experiment normally covers a period of long time, so it can be widely used for the researches regarding to many disciplines such as agronomy, soil science, biology, ecology, meteorology and environment sciences. A field experiment lasted more than one hundred years must have recorded a great deal of information about human activity and environment change, thus it should be the human treasure with great scientific value. One of the research tasks for the long-term field experiment is to deeply exploit it's information for scientific purpose.
