The theory of plant healthy nutrition and healthy element

  • Based on the point of food chain nutrition, the theory of health nutrition for cultivated plants has been proposed in this paper, i.e., through management of element supply to cultivated plants for functional product that benefit the health of humans and animals on the up level of food chain, on the premise of not affecting normal growth of plants. The elements related to the benefiting function are called healthy elements. According to the necessary degree to plants, healthy elements are divided into two categories: nutritive healthy elements and non-nutritive healthy elements. Nutritive health elements are the essential nutrient element, and non-nutritive health elements are not essential for plants but good for the organisms at the upper level of the food chain. The discipline boundary of the theory of plant health nutrition is defined as the relationship between "luxury absorption" and animal health, the metabolism of healthy elements in plants, the transfer of healthy elements form plant to food chain, the content threshold of healthy elements in plants, and the efficient application and management of healthy elements are all the research areas of the theory of plant health and nutrition.
