nalysis of uncertainty in determination of boron content in water-soluble fertilizers by ICP-AES

Analysis of uncertainty in determination of boron content in soluble fertilizer by ICP-AES was introduced. A mathematical model to evaluate the uncertainty in measurement was constructed based on a comprehensive understanding of the whole procedure of the determination. The sources of uncertainty and their effects on the total uncertainty were also analyzed，the measurement result of boron content in soluble fertilizer was given as w (B)=（0.553±0.042）%（k=2）。
