Determination of selenium content in water-soluble fertilizers by Hydride Generation-atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry
The method for determination of selenium content in water-soluble fertilizers by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry has been established. This method is sample, rapid, less noisy and high sensitive. The detection limit is 0.24 μg/L, the linear range is 0 μg/L~300 μg/L, and covery efficiency varied from 96.5%#8722;103.0%.
