Advances in the application of infrared spectroscopy in the rapid and non-destructive characterization of rapeseeds

  • Infrared spectroscopy technology is a type of rapid and nondestructive detection technique of agricultural products, and has been widely involved in quality determination of rapeseeds. The paper reviewed the key application of infrared spectroscopy in the determination of nutritional qualities of rapeseeds. Further, the limitations of past researches and future study prospect had been discussed.
