幼龄华山松不同部位碳氮磷生态化学计量的季节变化

Seasonal variation of C, N and P ecological stoichiometric characteristics in different organs of young Pinus armandii forest

    目的 研究华山松幼龄林(Pinus armandi)各部位碳(C)、氮(N)、磷(P)含量及其生态化学计量特征的季节变化,并分析其异速生长关系,以预判幼龄松树养分受限的可能性,提高管理水平。
    方法 分别于2021年1月、5月、8月、11月,在云南省昆明市宜良县花园林场华山松幼龄人工林采集松树叶、枝、茎、根样本,分析碳(C)、氮(N)、磷(P)含量并计算其生态化学计量学特征。
    结果 1)取样部位、生长季节及其交互作用对C、N、P含量及其化学计量比具有显著影响(P<0.05)。C、P含量和C∶P值主要受生长季节的影响,N、C∶N值和N∶P值主要受取样部位的影响。2)各部位冬季C含量均显著高于其他季节,叶和枝冬季的N含量显著高于春、夏季,叶和茎夏季的P含量显著高于秋冬季节。幼龄松树C含量表现为茎>枝>叶>根,N含量表现为叶>枝>根>茎,P含量表现为根>叶>枝>茎。当N∶P<14时,认为植物生长发育更多受到N元素的限制,本研究中各部位N∶P均小于14,说明供试地区华山幼龄松林生长的主要限制营养元素是N。3)叶N含量可塑性指数最大(0.79),其次是叶P含量(0.64),表明华山松幼龄林叶片中氮磷营养元素易受外界环境影响。4)叶、枝、茎的C-N均表现出显著的异速生长关系,反映了林木不同部位C、N元素含量的分配调节模式不同。
    结论 华山幼龄人工松林针叶对N、P元素的吸收易受生长季节的影响,建议在该华山松人工林的生产管理过程中,添加适量N肥和P肥,特别是添加限制性元素N,以促进幼龄华山松的生长。

     

    Abstract:
    Objectives The seasonal changes of carbon (C), nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P) contents and their ecological stoichiometric characteristics in different organs of Pinus armandi young forest were studied, and the allometric growth relationship was analyzed to predict the possibility of nutrient limitation of young pine trees and improve the management.
    Methods In January, May, August, and November of 2021, young P. armandii tree samples were collected from Yiliang County State-Owned Garden Forest Farm, Kunming City, Yunnan Province, China. The plants were divided into needles, branches, stems, and roots for the analysis of C, N and P contents, and the ecological stoichiometric ratios were then calculated in different seasons.
    Results 1) Sampling site, growing season and their interactions had significant (P<0.05) effects on C, N and P contents and their stoichiometric ratios. C and P contents and C∶P ratios were mainly affected by the growing season, while N, C∶N ratios and N∶P ratios were mainly affected by the sampling site. 2) The C contents in all the organs of P. armandii in winter were significantly higher than in the other seasons. The N contents in leaves and branches in winter were significantly higher than in spring and summer, and the P contents in leaves and stems in summer were significantly higher than in autumn and winter. The C contents in the organs of young pine trees were in order of stem > branch > leaf > root, the N contents were in order of leaf > branch > root > stem, and the P contents were in order of root > leaf > branch > stem. When N : P < 14, the growth and development of plants was thought more limited by N element. In this study, the N : P ratios of all the organs were less than 14, indicating that the main limiting nutrient element for the growth of young P. armandii forest was N. 3) Needle N content had the largest plasticity index (0.79), followed by leaf P content (0.64), indicating that the nitrogen and phosphorus in the needles of young P. armandii forests were susceptible to external environmental influences. 4) The C-N ratios of leaves, branches and stems showed a significant allometric relationship, reflecting the different distribution and regulation modes of C and N content in P. armandii tree organs.
    Conclusions  N and P nutrition in young P. armandii needles is easily affected by the growth seasons. Appropriate N and P fertilizers, especially the restrictive element N, should be applied for promotion of P. armandii growth.
