DSE胞外代谢物施用方法对煤矿复垦区蛋白桑生长、光合效率和营养品质的影响

Effects of application methods of DSE extracellular metabolites on the growth, photosynthetic efficiency and nutritional quality of Morus alba L. in coal mine reclamation area

    目的 绿色、可持续及高经济效益是矿区生态修复的重要要求。研究由深色有隔内生真菌(dark septate endophytes,DSE)制备的微生物制剂的不同施用方法,对蛋白桑(Morus alba L.)生长、营养品质和光合效率的影响,为矿区生态修复提供有效方法。
    方法 试验设在陕西省神木市哈拉沟煤矿复垦区蛋白桑种植区,将DSE胞外代谢物采用叶面涂抹、灌根、叶面涂抹+灌根3种方式施用,以叶面涂抹和灌根等量蒸馏水作为对照。测定蛋白桑生长、光合效率指标以及养分含量和营养品质,通过主成分分析法评价不同施用方法提高复垦区蛋白桑生态修复的效应。
    结果 DSE胞外代谢物3种施用方法均促进了蛋白桑生长和养分吸收,增加了蛋白桑株高、地径、叶片氮、磷和钾含量。叶面涂抹、灌根显著提高了蛋白桑纤维素和蛋白质含量。叶面涂抹+灌根提高了蛋白桑叶片蒸腾速率、净光合速率、可溶性糖含量,与对照相比,分别提高329.4%、207.1%、19.8%。根据复垦区蛋白桑生长、养分、品质和土壤性状指标进行主成分分析,叶面涂抹+灌根处理的综合得分最高,对照处理综合得分最低。
    结论 叶面涂抹+灌根施用DSE胞外代谢物可有效促进蛋白桑生长,提高叶片光合效率,提升营养品质,有利于提升复垦区的生态修复效应,是较为适宜的施用方法。

     

    Abstract:
    Objectives Green, sustainable, and high economic return are the primary requirement for ecological remediation of mining areas. We examined the effects of different methods for applying dark septate endophytes (DSE) strains on growth, nutrition quality and photosynthetic efficiency of Morus alba L., to provide an efficient biological remediation method.
    Methods The study was carried out in the reclaimed area of Morus alba L. in Halagou coal mine in Shenmu City, Shaanxi Province. DSE extracellular metabolites were applied in three methods, including: leaf spreading (L), watering root (R), and leaf spreading + watering root (LR), and clear water was used as control. The growth, photosynthetic indexes, and the nutrients and nutrition quality indexes of Morus alba L. were determined. The ecological effects of Morus alba L. reclaimed area under different treatments were evaluated by principal component analysis, and the optimal application method of DSE extracellular metabolites was explored.
    Results Application of DSE promoted the growth and nutrient absorption, and significantly increased the plant height, ground diameter, leaf N, P and K contents of Morus alba L. compared with the control, LR treatment significantly increased leaf transpiration rate and net photosynthetic rate of Morus alba L. by 329.4% and 207.1%, respectively, enhanced soluble sugar content of Morus alba L. by 19.8%; L and R treatment significantly increased the cellulose and protein contents of Morus alba L. According to the principal component analysis, LR treatment had the highest comprehensive score, while the control treatment had the lowest comprehensive score.
    Conclusions DSE extracellular metabolites application method of leaf spreading combined with watering root shows the most satisfactory effect on promotion of Morus alba L. nutrient uptake and photothynthetic efficiency, which is conducive to promote the growth and nutrition quality, and the bioremediation effect of Morus alba L. as well.
