钾肥和不同种类硼肥配施对油菜生长和产量的影响

Effects of combined application of potassium fertilizer with different boron fertilizers on the growth and seed yield of oilseed rape

    目的 钾(K)和硼(B)在油菜的生长发育中发挥着关键作用。研究钾肥和不同硼肥配施对油菜生长、养分吸收和产量形成的影响,为油菜生产中钾肥和硼肥的高效利用提供科学指导。
    方法 田间试验于2022年9月~2023年5月在湖北省咸宁市咸安区双溪桥镇开展,试验采用双因素完全随机区组设计,其中钾设置K0 (K2O 0 kg/hm2)和K120 (K2O 120 kg/hm2)2个施用量处理,硼设置不施硼肥(B0)、硬硼钙石(Ba,Ca2B6O11•5H2O 23.57 kg/hm2)、硼砂(Bb,Na2B4O7•10H2O 15.00 kg/hm2)、硼酸(Bc,H3BO3 9.70 kg/hm2)和八硼酸钠(Bd,Na2B8O13•4H2O 7.86 kg/hm2)5个处理,除不施硼处理外,其余处理的硼施用量相等,均为B 1.65 kg/hm2 。移栽后50天测定光合参数及植株硼、钾等养分含量,收获期测定产量、产量构成因子和硼、钾等养分含量。
    结果 施钾肥的同时配施硼肥油菜产量显著增加,不同硼肥增产幅度范围为70.9%~84.6%。此外,油菜苗期和成熟期总生物量,钾、硼和其他养分累积量均显著增加,且以基施Bb和Bc的增产效果最好。不施钾肥条件下施用硼肥,油菜生物量和产量也显著增加,增产幅度为16.2%~24.1%,显著低于钾和硼共同施用处理。不施用钾肥或者硼肥均会显著影响油菜叶片的光合能力,其中,K0处理施用硼肥对油菜叶片的净光合速率没有显著提升效果,但显著增加了叶片数和叶面积;K120处理施用硼肥油菜叶片净光合速率、叶片数和叶面积显著增加,即钾和硼配合施用显著提升了油菜叶片的光合能力。
    结论 施用适量钾肥的同时配施不同种类硼肥均可增强油菜叶片光合作用,促进叶片生长,促进钾和硼等养分积累,显著提高油菜产量。该地区以钾肥与硼砂或者硼酸配施的增产效果最好。

     

    Abstract:
    Objectives Potassium and boron play pivotal roles in the growth and development of oilseed rapes (Brassica napus). We compared the effects of combined application of potassium with different boron fertilizers on the growth, nutrient absorption and seed yield formation of oilseed rape.
    Methods A field experiment was conducted in Xianning City, Hubei Province from September 2022 to May 2023, using a two factor completely randomized block design. Factor potassium was applying potassium chloride at K2O 0 kg/hm2 (K0) and 120 kg/hm2 (K120); Factor boron contained five boron fertilizer basal application treatments, no boron fertilization (B0), Colemanite 23.57 kg/hm2 (Ba), Borax 15.00 kg/hm2 (Bb), Boric acid 9.70 kg/hm2 (Bc), and Sodium octaborate 7.86 kg/hm2 (Bd), with the equal pure boron input of 1.65 kg/hm2. On the 50 days since transplanting, the plant were sampled for measuring photosynthetic parameters and nutrient absorption such as boron and potassium. At harvesting period, the oilseed rape yield, and yield components and nutrient contents such as boron and potassium were investigated.
    Results As compared with K120B0, all the boron fertilizer treatments significantly increased the yield of oilseed rape by 70.9% to 84.6%, enhanced the total plant biomass, as well as the accumulation of potassium, boron, and other nutrients. The most pronounced yield-increasing effects were observed under the basal application of Bb and Bc. Under K0 condition, boron fertilizers significantly increased oilseed rape biomass and yield, with yield improvements ranging from 16.2% to 24.1%, which were notably lower than those achieved under K120. The absence of either potassium or boron fertilizer significantly impaired the photosynthetic capacity of oilseed rape leaves. Under K0 treatment, boron application did not significantly impact the net photosynthetic rate but significantly increased leaf number and leaf area. While under K120 treatment, boron application significantly enhanced the net photosynthetic rate, leaf number, and leaf area of oilseed rape leaves.
    Conclusions The combined application of potassium and boron fertilizers can enhance photosynthetic efficiency, promote leaf growth, facilitate the accumulation of nutrients such as potassium and boron, and significantly increase oilseed rape yield. Among the rested boron fertilizers, both borax and boric acid demonstrated more pronounced production-enhancing results than the others in this region.
