Abstract
Nodular structures have been induced on oilseed rape root by treating the 3cm length roots of 2-d seedlings with a pectobacterium, followed by inoculation with a mutunt strain of Rhizobium astraglus, the nodulation rate is 96. 80%. The strains were isolated from nodules of oilseed rape and successfully reinoculated to original host.Transverse section of para-nodules showed that cells of nodule were full of bacteria. The activity of the nodules was determined by acetylene reduction method (C2H4,76. 80 nmolplant-1h-1).
